If we need to share information with trusted Service Providers (such as coaches, trainers, or therapists), we will make sure they are bound by the same high standards of confidentiality and data protection that we follow.

Vyrsion Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16443336).
We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (the ICO), demonstrating our commitment to data protection, with registration number ZB992741.
We provide integrated health, fitness and wellness programmes that may include personal training, nutrition guidance, psychotherapy, and coaching.

Health information: relevant medical history, injuries, dietary requirements, or psychological concerns (where you choose to provide this).
Payment information: bank transfer records (we do not store card details).
Service use information: records of your sessions, progress, and communications with Vyrsion and Service Providers.

Connect you with independent Service Providers (such as trainers, therapists, and nutritionists).

We only share your information when it’s necessary to deliver our services, for example with trusted Service Providers involved in your programme.

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide your services, and for up to 3 years afterwards unless a longer period is required by law.
