OUR MISSION
To empower people to transform their bodies, health and lives through bespoke programmes, delivered by an integrated team of world-class fitness, health and psychology professionals.
Joel Kennedy spent his career as a senior banking executive. Successful by every external measure, and privately frustrated that the one project he could not seem to complete was himself. He had tried everything, trainers, programmes, apps and nothing held past the first difficult week.
The turning point was not a new workout. It was assembling the right people, training, nutrition and psychology, and letting them work together, around him, as one team. For the first time the change was coherent, and it lasted.
He qualified as a Level 7 Executive Coach, then built the programme he wished had existed: bespoke, integrated, honest about the work, and delivered by specialists who are genuinely best-in-field. That programme is Vyrsion.
