At a minimum, every Vyrsion programme includes a tailored blend of in-person (or remote, if needed) physical training, a personalised nutrition plan developed in collaboration with an expert nutritionist, and ongoing support from a dedicated Vyrsion coach. Your coach is available 24/7 and will check in regularly to ensure accountability, track progress, and help you get the most value from the programme.

In most cases, you will work with a registered psychologist to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns that may be holding you back—replacing them with more empowering narratives aligned with your goals. Where appropriate, we can also refer to other medical professionals to address complex health concerns, and advise on prescription medications.

In general, we offer 6 and 12 week programmes which start at £2,000 with a dedicated trainer, nutritionist, coach and psychologist (with blood work and dexa scan). that’s the equivalent of a an expensive meal with the family once a week.

For those who already have a training and nutrition plan in place, we offer the flexibility to add Vyrsion coaching and/or therapy as a standalone option.

One-to-one coaching, delivered in person or remotely, helps clients reconnect with the purpose of their transformation (the “why”) and build a structured, actionable plan to achieve their goals. This is reinforced through regular check-ins with a dedicated Vyrsion coach who provides consistent accountability and is genuinely invested in your success.
