  • At a minimum, every Vyrsion programme includes a tailored blend of in-person (or remote, if needed) physical training, a personalised nutrition plan developed in collaboration with our expert nutritionist, and ongoing support from a dedicated Vyrsion coach. Your coach is available on demand and will check in regularly to ensure accountability, track progress, and help you get the most value from the programme.

    In most cases, we also integrate sessions with a licensed therapist to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns that may be holding you back—replacing them with more empowering narratives aligned with your goals. Where appropriate, we can also refer to other medical professionals to address complex health concerns, and advise on prescription medications.

  • It’s a well-known—but often uncomfortable—truth: the majority of people fail to achieve or sustain their transformation goals. According to Harvard Health, as many as 80% of individuals are unsuccessful in maintaining fat loss over the long term. In most cases, this isn’t due to a lack of effort, but rather deeper psychological barriers—such as ingrained habits around eating or drinking, mental health challenges, and the overwhelming amount of conflicting information in the health and fitness space.

    What sets us apart is our integrated approach: we address the psychological just as intentionally as the physical.

  • The right training approach will depend on your goals, current physical health, and—crucially—what you enjoy. For most people, a combination of resistance training and cardiovascular work is ideal, but the specific balance is tailored to you.

    Our trainers work with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to elite athletes, including boxing champions and professional soldiers. If you're working toward a specific event—whether it’s a race, mountain climb, or even a white-collar boxing match—we’ll match you with a trainer who has deep expertise in that area to help you prepare effectively and stay motivated throughout your transformation

  • We’re committed to supporting clients wherever we can, and we work hard to adapt to individual goals, needs, and budgets. Our comprehensive 12-week transformation programmes—which include a personal trainer, therapist, nutritionist, and a dedicated Vyrsion coach—start from £X. These programmes also include full medical assessments at Harley Street at both the beginning and end of your journey.

    For those who already have a training and nutrition plan in place, we offer the flexibility to add Vyrsion coaching and/or therapy as a standalone option. This gives you the structure, accountability, and expert support of having someone in your corner—without the cost of a full fitness and nutrition package.

    If you already have an exercise and nutrition plan that you wish to follow, an alternative is to bolt on Vyrsion coaching and/or therapy where you benefit from the structure accountability and someone in your corner without the expense of training and nutritional support.

  • One-to-one coaching—delivered in person or remotely—helps clients reconnect with their deeper purpose (“why”) and build a structured, actionable plan to achieve their goals. This is reinforced through regular check-ins with a dedicated Vyrsion coach who provides consistent accountability and is genuinely invested in your success.
